Transformative Impact Projects

What is a TIP?

Transformative Impact Projects (TIPs) are new, restorative ways to look at community service projects. TIPs are year-round projects centralized on community engagement and in-depth skill development that align with young people’s interests. Instead of focusing on punitive labor for justice-impacted people, these projects will reinforce a sense of purpose, community pride, and leadership. Impacted youth will develop life skills that will help them thrive in society and open doors for greater opportunities.

TIPs are geared towards youth and young people beginning at 10-years old and will be organized based upon age groups.
