FOUNDER, JUVENILE JUSTICE SPECIALIST

Dyamond Gibbs

Dyamond Gibbs is a passionate 27-year old Juvenile Justice Specialist committed to creating pathways to success for marginalized youth and those impacted by the system. Dyamond has spent years developing and leading youth empowerment initiatives that address systemic inequities while also supporting people many serving death by incarceration sentences in PA. Dyamond spearheaded community-driven programs in Delaware County and beyond, including Columbia University in New York for the 2024 Beyond the Bars Conference and currently with educators throughout the country with the Youth Community Action Network, where she serves as a Board Member. Her work in Philadelphia public schools further solidified her expertise in juvenile justice.

Now, as the founder of The Only Pipeline, Dyamond leads a transformative initiative that invests in young people’s potential. Dyamond remains committed to ensuring that the only future young people are funneled into is one of brilliance, opportunity, and leadership.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Daniella Fadjoh

Daniella Fadjoh is a budding curator, writer, and memory worker. Born and raised in Philadelphia and its DelCo suburbs, Daniella has spent their young adulthood building community in the places they call home. A member of Girls Justice League (GJL) - a youth-led advocacy organization based in Philadelphia - since 2018, Daniella has spent the last five years developing and facilitating social justice curriculum and programming.

In 2021, Daniella’s essay, “Are We Ready to be Held in Our Black Queer Dreams?” won Third Place in the Black Radical Imaginations Essay Contest. This is their first published piece, with more to come. Daniella’s work revolves around protecting Black and other marginalized youth by creating dynamic places for learning, healing, and care. Daniella is also passionate about personal archives, family histories, and doing archival work that engages their Togolese and Beninese heritage.

PORTRAIT ARTIST AND MURALIST

Dayji Moore

Dayji Moore is a dynamic 28-year-old artist based in Philadelphia, celebrated for her striking portraiture and vibrant mural-making. With over 200 completed works, her artistic journey has garnered attention and collaboration with The Spectacular Black Girl Art Show. 

Beyond her artistic endeavors, Dayji has dedicated the last twelve years to childcare, where she has cultivated a deep understanding of the malleable nature of children's minds. This unique combination of artistry and childcare experience has inspired her to advocate for early esteem building, fostering confidence and self-worth in children from diverse backgrounds. Through her artwork and community engagement, Dayji aims to spark conversations that empower the next generation, blending creativity with a commitment to nurturing young minds.

ATHLETIC DIRECTOR

Tyrone Williams

Tyrone Williams is a 27-year old skilled athletic director. From playing basketball in his free time, Tyrone has made connections with players all over the state. In 2022, he established The Average Basketball League (ABL). ABL is an affordable basketball program for the community and teen/young parents. The league started out with local players meeting in a park during the summer and it has now expanded to an indoor league with over 60 participants.

Tyrone wanted to bring recreations back to the community after the pandemic and ever since, he has worked with those who have a passion for hooping. Tyrone believes that basketball is a positive outlet when trying to cope with stress and mental health challenges. Tyrone has assisted in training students from Upper Darby, Haverford, Yeadon, Media, and the Philadelphia area.
