Flower That Blooms

The Flower That Blooms is a 6-8 month diversionary program that provides the youth with the opportunity to cultivate life and leadership skills while embracing transformative and restorative justice approaches to resolve daily conflict. This program empowers youth by equipping them with tools to navigate complex social landscapes and ethical decision-making while fostering resilience and empathy by focusing on mentorship, community projects, life and leadership skills, and relationship building.

The Flower That Blooms is separated into 4 parts that include 5 sessions. It is community-based and also facilitated inside of schools. Curricula for each session will be shared after pre-assessment.
