Our Mission
The Only Pipeline is dedicated to empowering Black, Brown, and marginalized young people by reducing their risk of entering the carceral system throughout Delaware County, PA.
Through holistic support and providing transformative opportunities, we aim to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline, prioritize community and school safety, foster community resilience, and cultivate growth and leadership among the next generation to reduce and prevent the risk of incarceration.
The only pipeline we invest in is the one that builds pathways to brilliance by investing in young people’s potential, advocating for equitable justice, and creating positive environments for healing and development.

Our Focuses

Disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline.
Reduce the over-policing and criminalization of students in educational settings through restorative and transformative justice approaches, diversionary programs, and promoting alternatives to exclusionary discipline.

Support marginalized communities and young people who have been impacted by the criminal and juvenile justice systems while addressing root causes of violence.

Enhance education, skills, and confidence.
Equip young people to navigate systemic barriers, build essential skills, and become leaders in their community through courses, workshops, recreational activities, mentorship, and additional resources.
